VALET/CONCIERGE TEAM MEMBER – NASHVILLE, TN

BentoLiving in Nashville is hiring a Valet/Concierge team member. This person will be the first point of contact for people arriving and leaving the property.  We need our Valet/Concierge to be customer/client focused with solid experience and display a true passion and dedication to service and excellence.

POSITION REQUIREMENT:

  • Able to work outdoors for extended periods of time
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Takes pride and ownership in the position and property
  • Ability to listen and react quickly to residents and guests requests in a genuine manner
  • Must be 21+ years old with a valid drivers license

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Have at least two years of hospitality experience in valet/concierge service
  • Possess amazing interpersonal skills and exceptional guest service abilities
  • Be organized, proactive, productive and self-motivated showing a positive attitude
  • Maintain a neat and professionally well-groomed appearance
  • Think clearly quickly and efficiently and make concise decisions even under pressure

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES

  • Represent the property by warmly greeting residents, prospects and guests
  • Actively comply with our Service Pillars
  • Provide concierge services
  • Monitor the parking and garage
  • Understand and enforce parking rules and regulations
  • Help residents with luggage and groceries
  • Cover the concierge desk when needed
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Walk the property to ensure the highest standards are met
  • Professional telephone etiquette and message delivery

REQUIREMENTS:

  • At least 2 years of customer service experience in hospitality or luxury apartments
  • Must be able to be outdoors and on foot during the entire shift during hot and cold weather
  • Reliable and punctual
  • Flexible schedule
  • Professional and polished appearance and demeanor
  • Proactive in service
  • Must have current and valid drivers license and car insurance
  • Must pass background check and drug screening
