BentoLiving’s The Hart restaurant in Nashville is hiring full-time Restaurant Manager. The ideal person should understand all facets of the bar/restaurant business and display a true passion and dedication to service and excellence. Summary of Position:

The Restaurant Manager leads by example providing friendly, responsive service creating an exceptional experience for all of our guests. Ensuring each team members primary objective is to create an exceptional experience by providing thorough menu knowledge, demonstrating attentiveness, and exuding friendly personality.

Role Responsibilities

  • Overseeing Production and Restaurant Operations
  • Help in achieving performance goals with Sales
  • Assisting and understanding of costs and profitability
  • Assist in Staff Development including being a great coach as well as identifying and developing talent
  • Passionate about hands-on Service for the guests and displays outstanding customer service.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with guests, team members and Executive Staff
  • Ability to resolve issues with team and guests
  • Display continued growth from previous roles
  • Uncompromising on quality of products and service
  • Assist in building relationships with the community to increase guests and business for The Hart
  • Be compassionate and show concern for the team with the ability to make decisions

  • Monitor and maintain compliance with health, safety, cleanliness and other restaurant standards and regulations
